π― Purpose of the Finalist Showcase Event
The SayPro Finalist Presentation Event is the climax of the competition. Its goals are to:
- Provide a professional platform for innovators to pitch their solutions
- Allow judges to assess communication, confidence, and clarity live
- Facilitate real-time interaction with potential supporters, partners, and mentors
- Celebrate innovation and inspire public awareness
- Recognize and certify outstanding professionals who use science to drive change

- β° Duration: Half-day or full-day event depending on number of finalists

- Virtual: SayPro Zoom/Webinar platform with livestream on YouTube/Facebook
- In-person (optional): Regional SayPro Hub or partner venue (e.g., Pretoria, Nairobi, Lagos)
- πͺ Audience Size: 100β500 (including online participants)
π§βπΌ Who Presents?
Finalists selected during the judging period β typically 10β20 projects β are invited to present. Each finalist must designate:
- A lead presenter (primary spokesperson)
- Optional: A technical representative for Q&A
- Optional: A community member or end user to support impact stories
π€ Presentation Format & Guidelines
Each finalist is given:

Presenters must:
- Be present live (or recorded if approved in advance)

- Highlight key metrics: problem, method, innovation, impact, and scale potential
Presentations may be delivered in English or local language (with translation support if needed).

By 30 September 2025, each finalist must upload:

- π₯ Optional Video Demo or prototype walkthrough
- π One-page Project Summary (for audience handouts/digital profiles)
- πΈ Presenter Bio & Photo (for SayPro website and press kit)

- Live chat box with moderated Q&A
- Reaction emojis and voting buttons
- Interactive polls for audience favorite
- Real-time score feedback from judges (visible to audience)
- Breakout sessions for post-pitch networking
π Judging During Presentations
Judges will score the presentation performance using the following:

Judging results from live presentations are combined with the proposal review scores to determine final winners.

At the end of the showcase:

All participants also receive a digital badge and SayPro Certificate of Participation.
