SayPro Sponsorship Activation Oversight Objective
Goal:
Oversee the activation of all sponsorship agreements, ensuring that every deliverable—including logo placements, mentions in marketing materials, VIP tickets, and other contractual obligations—is accurately and professionally fulfilled, providing sponsors with full value and a positive partnership experience.

- Product placement or activation areas
- On-site exposure (e.g., booths, stage mentions, branded signage)
- Media features (e.g., interviews, advertising slots)
- Tickets and hospitality (e.g., VIP passes, backstage access)
- Create a Sponsor Activation Checklist for each sponsor based on their contract to track fulfillment.
2. Coordinate with Internal Teams:

- Share proofs or mockups for logo placements, signage, and other deliverables before final production.
- Offer a dedicated liaison or point of contact during the activation period to answer questions and provide real-time assistance.

6. Feedback and Follow-Up:
- After the event, conduct sponsor feedback sessions or send a satisfaction survey to evaluate the success of the activation.
- Collect testimonials or case studies if applicable, and use feedback to improve future sponsorship activations.
