Job Purpose

The High School Events Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for building, managing, and sustaining partnerships that support high school events under the SayPro banner. The role bridges relationships between SayPro, schools, local government, private sector sponsors, NGOs, and communities to ensure the successful planning, execution, and impact reporting of school-based events and youth development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with corporate sponsors, government departments, and community organizations to support high school events.
  • Draft and manage partnership proposals, MOUs, and service-level agreements.
  • Align SayPro high school event goals with partner Corporate Social Investment (CSI) objectives.

2. Event Coordination Support

  • Work with school coordinators to plan and implement standardized events in line with SayPro guidelines.
  • Ensure that each event is adequately resourced through strategic partners and sponsors.
  • Provide oversight on event logistics, branding, and stakeholder participation.

3. Reporting & Impact Analysis
