Month 2: February

  • Mid-Year Academic Progress Report: Analyze student performance data, identify trends, and report on how the school is performing against academic targets. Share this report with the school board and parents.
  • Teacher Feedback and Support: Meet with teachers to discuss the mid-year progress of their students, challenges, and provide additional support where needed.
