The SayPro Professionals Competition 2025 is officially open for registration!
We invite industry professionals, researchers, applied scientists, technical practitioners, and social innovators to submit real-world innovations that demonstrate how scientific thinking has been applied to solve community, economic, environmental, or technological challenges.
This is your opportunity to showcase your evidence-based project, gain national recognition, attract support from SayPro partners, and receive certification as a SayPro Validated Professional Innovator.
📥 Who Can Register?
SayPro invites applications from:
- Independent professionals and consultants
- Applied researchers from universities or labs
- Engineers, technologists, or software developers
- Health, education, agriculture, finance, and public sector professionals
- NGOs and social entrepreneurs with a scientific innovation
✅ Must be 18 years or older
✅ Project must show real-world application of scientific or technical methods
✅ Registration is free but submission of complete project is required

📦 What You Need to Submit
Registered participants will be required to submit:
- ✅ Project Proposal – Clear explanation of the problem, method, and innovation
- ✅ Prototype or MVP – A working demo or proof of concept
- ✅ Technical Report – Supporting documentation with scientific rationale and evidence
- ✅ Pitch Video (5 min) – Summary of innovation, science used, and impact
- ✅ Optional: Impact data, testimonials, or community feedback
All materials must be uploaded via the SayPro website after registration is complete.

Step-by-Step Guide:
🔹 Step 1: Visit the Registration Portal
Go to www.saypro.org.za/competition-registration
(Or navigate via the menu: SayPro Professionals → Innovation Competitions)
🔹 Step 2: Create or Log Into Your SayPro Account
- If you’re new, select “Register New Profile”
- If returning, simply log in
🔹 Step 3: Fill in the Registration Form
Fields include:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Country and City
- Professional Background
- Project Title
- Field of Innovation (e.g., Health, Finance, Education, Tech, etc.)
- Short Abstract (max 200 words)
🔹 Step 4: Agree to Terms & Submit
- Confirm your project is original and evidence-based
- Agree to SayPro’s data and ethics policies
🔹 Step 5: Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation with:
- Your Registration ID
- Links to submission guidelines
- Templates for project documents
- Support contact details
